I think the Toronto Raptors should trade or some how aqiure a shooting guard from Golden State. They have a deep rotation could offer Marion for Ex. Kelenna Azubuike and Marco Belinelli you could put them at the 2 and 3 til you can find a more long term anwser. Stephen Jackson might work here too.

You would have to do a sign-and-trade with marion bcuz he`s a free agent this summer. Don`t know if Golden State has enough cap room for this trade either.

Marion is a free agent. But he is sure to want more money like always in sign talks. Yeah, not sure if GS would have enough cap space to pull this off. But for sure, Toronto is certainly thinking of scenarios to get the right players to give them a playoff push next season and also to keep Bosh happy in Toronto.
