Utah's Lottery Pick

I feel surprised that Utah have a high pick in the Lottery again. I know they traded away Deron Williams but it just shows how good some general managers are with rebuilding and hunting down high draft picks.

However this year the draft is extremely shallow so I was wondering ,if Utah gets the 5th pick after the lottery, who would you take?

Personally I would take a backup PG like Brandon Knight or Kemba Walker. let them train under Harris without much presure and then Trade Devin Harris onto another team giving Utah, in 4-5 years an All-Star capeable PG and a possible Playoff team.

I'd like to see them land

I'd like to see them land Alec Burks, i think the 2 guard position is a need that they havent addressed in a long time. With an improved jumpshot i really think he can be something like Brandon Roy has been in Portland. He is so versitile and he could also take some of the ballhandling duties away from Devin Harris which would allow him to score, something that Harris does pretty well.

Brandon Knight

I'm really hoping we take Knight at 6 if he's their. Then try to get Alec Burkes at 12 but he might be gone as well. With this being a so called " weak draft" teams might be willing to let us move up to get our man once again.

I think they could wait a

I think they could wait a year to take a point guard and possibly get Teague, Kabongo or Wayans becuz they will probably end up a lottery team once again. But it could go either way becuz 2012 is wing heavy, so if they decide Knight is really their guy then they should pounce on him if he's availible.

Burks/Knight and a big man

Burks/Knight and a big man who can stretch the floor(Vesley) would be ideal for the Jazz I think

Might have to take Vesley first and hope for Burks to be there at 12

i feel they need with their

i feel they need with their two lottery picks to take Burks and Fredette, i think they have enough bigs, Hayward as project 3 for the future with Bell and maybe Miles support the position, and that Harris/Burks/Fredette would be a very nice 3 guard combination for a long time!
