On ESPN right now. So far has been a good game, UT has been outplaying them so far.
Cameron Ridley from what i’ve watched is just pushing Embiid around. I’ve also been impressed with UT’s PG Isaiah Taylor

Texas just kicking KU’s ass. Texas outhustling them to every rebound and loose ball. KU settling for bad shots instead of moving the ball around for open looks. Texas defense has been incredible causing KU to start farther outside than they want to.

Wiggins and Embiid had their worst games of the season. Both struggled to score. Wiggins got what he wanted but couldn’t hit a shot or finish. Embiid got a few good looks at the basket but couldn’t finish. Texas length did bother Embiid which is a cause for concern but something he’ll get used to.

Am I crazy or is Texas a top 10 team? They seem extremely balanced, and have a very similar resume to other teams in the Top 10.
I actually didn’t think Embiid played that bad in the first half. Wiggins was a disaster, and while I’m not going to pile on him, but how exactly did Wiggins "get what he wanted"? He was taking deep step backs with his foot on the 3 pt line, resulting in 2 or 3 attempts at the worst shot you can take on the basketball court and they weren’t even good looks.
Say what you want about Wiggins, he has to be aggressive in transition and move without the ball to be effective…he isn’t an iso player and has not showed any skills so far in college that say he is.
