WizardofOzParticipantOur roster this year is mediocre. Most of the top ranked HS and college players aren’t playing.

mikeyvthedonParticipant25 and 17 against South Korea! 11-11 from the field, 3-3 from the line. Granted, this is the same South Korea team that Sim Bhullar lit up for 24 and 14 (though not in as impressive of a fashion as Jonas), and has no one over 6’8, but still, Valanciunas has been legitimately killing this thing, which is an incredibly positive sign. Croatia seems like the team to beat though, Saric and Hezonja are definitely looking like future draft picks. Hezonja shot poorly against Lithuania, Saric against Canada, but they both seem to be showing impressive all-around games that has Croatia off to a 2-0 start. Saric put up 14 and 13 today (22 and 11 against Lithuania) and Hezonja, who is all of 16, had 23 points today against team Canada. Here is more on Hezonja, from when Aran went to the Jordan Brand International Game:

WizardofOzParticipantI remembefr when Bogut annihilated the competition in this same tournament years back.
22 and 18 vs. USA in the semis (?), 39 and 25 vs. European Champion Croatia in the quarters, and 35 and 14 vs. Lithuania in a finals win, which was a 34 pt victory. And god knows how many blocks with his size and length against those kids out there.

cward23ParticipantNot surprised since he is a NBA talent playing against his own age group. If you are even a lo level first round talent big man you will kill in the u19.
