UNLV vs. UTEP
I'm shocked nobody has posted about his yet but this was Khem Birch's first college game in a little over a year. UTEP was lacking any real talent outside of number 4 (sorry for a lack of a name) and a prototypical white shooter named conner something but neither is really anything special. For UNLV Anthony Bennet had an impact on the game but it was mostly as a distraction because they had a box and one on him whenever he was in. Khem Birch looked suprisingly good on offense and as a help defender is looked great however his rebounding and boxing out looked suspect, he also got knocked down an awful lot and I would guess this is due to a lack of strength (UTEP did have a big sob in the middle though). This is the first time I have seen Bennet outside of high school all star games and he struggled but their were a few plays (like his coast to coast) where you saw the Charles Barkley comparison make sense. UNLV also has good shooting provided by their guards but also a swing man named reinhart and a 4 with a mexican name that had a hyphen.
I was disappointed in the Rebels. They played well in the first half, started off the second half well, and then started to fall apart. The game slowed down considerably, and it allowed UTEP to get back in the game.
@The i In Win..THANK U 4 for the Laugh!!!
