valentineDo you know any of these prospects?
Erik Austin Peter Roberson Quincy Roberts Avery Scharer Jonathon Simmons Gerardo Suero
Raymond Taylor Joston Thomas Rich Townsend-Grant D’Angelo Williams0 - Posted on: Wed, 06/13/2012 - 8:11am #680985
providencefriars1ParticipantGerardo Suero was a good scorer in low major but not a NBA player.
Joston Thomas was a decent future prospect from Hawaii who had no business coming out early
Ray Taylor is a tiny PG with no NBA future
Roberts is like Suero
Jonathan Simmons was a very good player for Houston but more of a dleaguer at this point
Peter Roberson has a size
The rest ive never heard of

providencefriars1ParticipantI mean Simmons will probably get a summer league look but how will he get drafted? Not only are more and more Euro’s popping up but guys like Crowder, Mike Scott, Ratliffe, DJO, and Denmon are not locks and I hope you dont think Simmons is better than them.

TRC1991Participantlook i live about 30 minutes from shoreline community college, its just north of seattle, and that competition is extremely, EXTREMELY low… a solid high school team, not even an elite team would do absolute work on a squad of SCC’s nature… this guy doesnt have a snowballs chance in hell of getting drafted and i hadn’t even heard of him as a local high school player so he must have been just OK at the prep rankings

adjose5Participantthe talent in Shorelines division isn’t very good…but there are good players who come out of NWAACC and go n to play at a high level- as SHoreline played some Pac 12 players this year and guys who will play D2 as well…true he may not have a chance to get drafted but he has a chance to play overseas. he is playing in the Jamal Crawford Pro Am where you have get "Drafted", so he must be doin something right- he can for sure play…but a solid HS team beating a College team? regardless of the talent level in the division, considering in the scrimmages Shoreline had, they lost to a Seattle Semi Pro team by 12, and beat a Pro Am team by 25…but I love the insight n enjoy your posts…keep up the good work
