    Im not buying the upset even though Ashville’s style of play is perfect to beat cuse. They should deserve credit win or loss because their effort thus far has been great. I remember a year or two ago ETSU played Pitt tough in the 1v16.

    the guy who always talks about fab melo’s "block rate" is going crazy right now. If Cuse loses, I guarantee he’s gonna hype up Fab Melo more cuz of this.

    Cuse is shooting 1-12 from 3 and Joseph and Jardine have done NOTHING but if any of that changes cuses will win. If cuse keeps shooting and missing 3’s and Joseph and Jardine don’t do anything in the second half we could very well see the first 1 vs 16 upset

    This just shows me that Cuse wont win the championship. Melo was a HUGE loss for them. They are not the same team without him. They will likely comeback and win this one, but I doubt they can make it to the Final Four.

    These refs have Syracuse winning it all in their tournament pools….terrible officiating.  I’ve got Syracuse losing in the Sweet 16, they might lose next round.

    Good Win?!?! Good Win?!?! Your child molesting program just needed the refs to save yourselfs from being the first #1 seed in history to lose to a #16. It was a awful win! Syracuse did not deserve to win this game. Idc if you are missing your starting center. He and is his 1.2 gpa did not deserve to be there. If the Ref’s had done their job correctly, UNCA wins that game. So no it was not a good win. Now the team is probablly celebrating in the locker room with some drugs because apparantly you can do that at Syracuse. Kansas State will destroy you.

     1st of all it was a bad game by Syracuse. They shot like shit all game, which doesn’t suprise me

    2nd. it was a lane violation.  Either by the guy on the low block who clearly had his foot in the lane, or the guy who ran from the 3 point line before the ball hit the rim.

    3rd the out of bounds play was a FOUL.  It should’ve been Triche at the line for 2.

    4th. goaltending I will say fine.  ok, but SU would still win if you give UNCA those 2 points.

    I’m a Syracuse fan, and if they play like this again, they will be gone next round.  I’m not saying that Syracuse was great this game, they were not, but please.  Calm down about the BS calls.  People highlight calls a lot more when there is a chane for a huge upset, but when you look at it closer, the lane violation was there, and there should’ve been a foul on Triche.

     1.  There is a lane violation on just about every free throw.  The reason they decided to call it on that one I have no idea.

    2.  The contact came after the Syracuse player lost the ball out of bounds.  Completely moot point.

    3.  The goal tend was a BLATANTLY/PAINFULLY OBVIOUS CALL.  

    If I am the UNCA athletic director I am complaining tonight.  KSU will spank them on Saturday.
