UCLA dining hall

I'm just curious what the hell is going on there?! Josh Smith & Tony Parker both signed there.. Josh couldn't shave the weight in three years, and now It's confirmed (most of us saw it in his game) Shabazz Muhammad, who is supposedly a super hard worker and always working out, has gained the freshmen 15?!?!

Thats just crazy to me! Do they have like an all you can eat crispy cream bar or something? I don't get it..

Impossible to lose over 2 lbs

Impossible to lose over 2 lbs of fat at a healthy rate in a week let alone 10, much of that must have been water weight. For him to lose 10 lbs in a week means he burnt 35,000 calories more than he consumed in that week.

This. I have heard the same

This. I have heard the same thing from reliable sources...anything more than 2 lbs. lost per week is actually counterproductive.

It is entirely possible^^

Boxers and mma fighters sometimes lose 20 pounds in a week to get into below the maximum weight for their weight category. It is entirely possible that he lost 10 pounds in a week.

Chilbert is right, the weight

Chilbert is right, the weight bazz lost is not fat and will come back once he starts eating right again as he cut out a lot of his food groups; I did te cabbage diet for a week to slim down for basketball season and lost 15 pounds in a week; but it came back in 2 weeks.
