One of these networks (not ESPN, would be tacky), should consider this.  I’ve been thinking about it for a while.

Let’s have a 1.5 to 2 hour sports special group interviewing these players that have been at the top of their sports.  I’d probably assign Bob Costas or Bryant Gumbel do the interview.

Floyd Mayweather — 37, 38 at the end of this month.

    Tom Brady– 37

    Kobe Bryant — 36

    Derek Jeter — 40

    Roger Federer — 33

    Tiger Woods — 39

    Peyton Manning — 38

Federer is only 33, but Tennis players peak early.  I would love to watch these guys all on one stage.  All of them have been all-timers in the same time frame and pretty much the same age range.

    Have I missed anyone?

I’d definitely watch it, it’d be cool to watch the legends of their sports talking to each other

I’d put in a vote for Tim Howard or Landon Donovan.

Landon Donovan has never been recognized as a top soccer player worldwide, but I guess you americans really like him. English is always a limitation in soccer, how about someone who plays or played in England like Cristiano Ronaldo?
