So I just read on article on Josh Selby that noted that he moved up to #1 on Rivals’ recruiting rankings. The list didn’t look much different otherwise, but one name stuck out: Trey Zeigler. He’s the #28 recruit overall, 6-4/185 SG, and he’s going to…Central Michigan? There was so much gossip about, and press coverage of, where Ray McCallum would go, whether he would go to one of the major powers that was courting him or whether he would play for his dad at Detroit, where he eventually ended up. Zeigler is also playing for his dad, at Central Michigan. Why was there not more coverage of that? Or did I just miss it? I really like McCallum, but Zeigler is ranked 15 spots higher, so I’m really surprised I never caught a story about or even heard of this guy.

Most likely because McCallum was a Mcdonald’s All-American and thats all the majority of the people on here look at is Mcdonald’s AA’s.
