trade idea
So Charlotte gets Perry Jones and Jeremy Lamb, two players that could have gone in the top-10 simply by giving up a top-10 pick in this weak draft AND they get rid of a terrible contract?
Charlotte would probably love this deal unless the pick ends up being a top-3 pick.
...lets be honest, are they really going to use perry jones much? i dont think so. can they use jeremy lamb, of course! but if you get a sure fire top 10 pick, they can find that replacement for harden. understand??
...unless you think lamb is THAT future guy, then you probably think this is a bad deal. but.. what if they get the number 6 pick (lets just say) they might be able to pull of getting a guy like nerlens noel (if he dropped) or an Alex Len...
I do believe Jeremy Lamb can be the future starting SG for this team given 2 or 3 years.
I also believe that a bird in the hands in worth two in the bush. In this instance, the Thunder would be giving up two birds in their hands for one draft pick in the bush.
If that doesn't seem risky enough, taking Tyrus Thomas' contract should be the deal breaker. I mean, they traded Harden because he wanted a big contract, well now they're going to get Tyrus Thomas to sit on the bench and get paid $26m throughout the next 3 years.
Why would Charlotte do this trade? Jeremy lamb and perry jones are serious question marks, yes Charlotte needs a two guard but with a Lotto pick they can get Goodwin or Ben Mclenmore
he would give size to OKC,
but the Fornt court of OKC is okay now with the Rotation of Perk,Ibaka and Collison,
All i can say is wow

im not sure if this trade was brought to the table, but what do you guys think about it. (btw idk if it would work or not, so if it doesnt just go along with it)
