Kings Get Jeff Green, Mo Peterson, Eric Maynor, Daequan Cook.
Thunder get Samuel Dalembert, Carl Landry,Luther head
Do you guys think this is a equal trade and will it help both teams.
but Eric Maynor is not going anywhere. Maybe switch him with Nenad Krstic, that was the actual trade I was about to post
Yep, kings badly need shooting, 3pts shooting, a PG and a legit starter at the SF spot.
Yep, thunder badly need rebounding, nor a low post presence.
But maynor going nowhere(untouchable backcourt in my opinion), head is a scrub(not a legit back up PG), + Dalembert and Landry are FA next summer.
Landry's a good 6th men, not a quality starter(not an upgrade), Dalembert would be a good fit with an offensive starting PF, wit Z-bo, STAT, boozer likes...(the jordan-griffin combo in LA).
See him along Stat next summer, + Ibaka is a better version of him as a PF-C.
Green is more a strong, big small forward than an undersized PF, he could be a PF with D12...in 2012.
If you can't wait, trade him, don't overpay for a "PF" under 6 boards, 42% FG shooting, 0,3 block in 38 minutes per game.
They need the grizzlies front court...LOL, Z-bo via trade or gasol via free agency next summer.
They need a big 3 in OKC too, but green is not the 3rd guy.
The Thunder need a big man with post offence, Dalembert has no offense whatsoever. But if he was the best big man they would pick up, i would do it.
Is he on the trading block???
ive been hoping for a trade of this variation. i could care less if we landed eric maynor. maybe we'll luck up and kyrie irving leaves school for this years draft and then we draft him. jeff green would be marvelous. take dalembert and landry. they frustrate the hell out of me. dalembert has no iq on either side of the ball and landry is just too undersized. he'd do better on a team with guys liike durant and westbrook.
Zach Randolph is expiring, so theres no guarantee he'd return to the Thunder. I think the best Centre the Thunder could realistically get is Kaman, but Dalembert would certainly help on the defensive end, but they need low post offense more.
