    Trade deadline just passed, so any trades now come after draft where picks are already made. I think this means Irving goes #1, and Cavs don’t have to worry about smokescreens about Kanter or Val not being their at #4. 

    BTW, if Kings considering Felton for the #7 pick, would you take Harris for the #7?

     I would not trade Harris for # 7 unless knight was still there,
