Robb_CParticipantSam Presti is giving Sam Hinkie a lesson on how to Tank when you have a Championship Caliber team…
I’ll laugh my ass off if OKC finds their way into the lottery and land Okafor.

arshavin123ParticipantThis team is playing hard without all those injuries…maybe Scott Brooks can coach after all..

OhCanada-ParticipantOf course he can coach thats not in question. The problem is his playcalling. He only runs iso which can be easy to trap in key moments. Brooks needs to advance his tactics but as far as motivating and developing his team he is a top notch coach.

HitsterParticipantThe Thunder own all their draft picks going forward I recall, I wonder if Sam Presti might look for a scorer from a likely lottery team and dangle a first rounder at them. He also has Perkins’ expiring deal he could put on the block.
Rumours that Presti has offered a first rounder for one of the Phoenix medical staff are still unconfirmed.
I’d be interested to know if he might have tried to sound out someone like Ray Allen to see if he wanted to come on board for a short term deal then when everyone is back, Ray could decide if he wanted to stick around all season or keep his options open about hopping onto another roster for the play offs.
This would be useful to both sides if Ray was up for returning as I’m sure Ray would be fairly near his playing weight and a few sessions would soon sharpen his shooting up. Ray would not need to play huge minutes but taking 10 to 15mpg slack would give Scott Brooks a nice option and if Ray clicked he could increase his minutes easily.
There are a few other decent veteran FA’s who might fancy a chance to jump on board with the Thunder as they would know that when Westbrook and KD return they would be on a top 5 NBA Team roster.
