I can’t figure out why he’s not rising more on the draft boards it’s true he’s a little undersized but he is dominating and is built like a bull. To me at very least he is a solid starting four and he has the strengh and athleticism to be much more.

I don’t know where the undersized stigma is coming from.  He measured 6’9” with a 7’1” wingspan and 240 lbs at the Lebron camp.

I don’t know either but i’ve read several stories on him and that was a common critisizism.

Blake Griffin and Kevin Love are both 6’9.  Amare is 6’9.  Boozer is 6’8.. David West is 6’9..

I like Thomas a lot and don’t really buy into him being undersized either.  But is he getting taken before Anthony Davis, Sully, P.Jones or T.Jones.  Maybe Terrence just cuz he’s sort of a combo forward, but my bet is these other PF’s go ahead of him 4sure.

I see have going in the 11 to 20 range..And Becuz he’s having a great season, someone will be forced into taking him earlier than he should go…There might be at least 20 more talented guys expected to come out that are much better prospects than him…He’s like Brandon Bass ,but with a better handle…

In the last few years most of Kansas big men have looked like future nba stars while at Kansas..But some have failed to live up to expectations in the pros…Drew Gooden,Raef LaFrenz,Julian Wright,Nick Collison, and Darrell Arthur to name a few…

Darrell Arthur was drafted late first round, I believe he has exceeded expectations he was a very good player for Memphis last year and is still has a good outlook as a pro, and I dont think Nick Collison was a dissappointment either…..he has been a very solid pro.

Maybe add Cole Aldrich on that list but its too soon to judge him so far and he has shown flashes.

I’d agree that he’s about 4th or 5th PF on the board at the moment, I’d say he should be a mid to late first round pick at worse with the upside of late lottery. But it only takes on GM to like him and he could go higher plus with the Jayhawks likely to make another run in March Madness he could showcase himself there and under Coach Self he has an excellent mentor.

He hit 4 jumpers outside of 15 feet Tuesday at Long Beach State (Who is pretty solid and beat Pitt).  He looked really good going for like 26 and 11 and showing better decision making on the offensive end.  I think he’s only going to get better as an offensive player. He’s added new moves to his game, he’s just getting used to being more than dunk and rebound guy playing behind lotto picks.  He could be close to 20 and 12 by the end of the season.

Great game to scout two top PF’s tomorrow.  KU vs OSU at 3:15 eastern on ESPN.  Robinson v Sullinger, should be a good matchup.

talanted, strong and dynamic PF, i see him as a lottery pick in the 8-14 range, kind of player that show gleams of having border-line all star potential, but for trying to reach that level will have to work very hard as he’s late blooming player who shortage in developing to the player he can be, need to elaborate his abilities, to give final touch to some skills and to keep improve knowledge of the game.
as for his NBA future, worst case: J.J. Hickson, best case: Nene/Antonio McDyess

Robinson is the best player that nobody is talking about right now.

I don’t think he’s undersized, he’s average height for a PF but he is soo strong its ridiculous. He’s also a freak athetlically. His athleticism, NBA ready body + skills on both ends of the court makes him one of the best prospects in the draft IMO.

    I think he’s going top 10.

    AGREE.

like a poor man’s Blake..not THAT athletic quick explosive but pretty pretty close not than big but still solid 6’9 240plus with the same strength, also good ball handler pretty good passer so so competitive also is improving his range

It was against pretty poor competition, but he dropped 30 points 21 rebounds and 4 assists Saturday.  His post game and decision making continues to improve as the season continues.  He also hit a 3 pointer and a 16 footer, he’s getting more comfortable shooting from the outside, but one thing that has impressed me is that once he hits one he goes right back to the post where he is more effective, he’s not the type of guy who hits a 15 footer early in the game and tries to be a perimeter player the rest of the game.

It’s really starting to click with Robinson.  I’ve seen players add new moves and new aspects to their games and maintain a low bball IQ, but after watching Robinson throughout the season I realize his change is mental too.  Every game, you can see him trying out new moves and perfecting ones he’s brought out this season.

He had a fadeway along the baseline and hit two more jumpers last night as KU rolled over Kansas State as Robinson had 9 points and 10 rebounds by halftime.  It was an 18 point win so he finished with 15 and 14, but his ratio of dunks and hustle plays to skill moves is becoming much less one sided than it was even at the beginning of the year.  He’s becoming more than just a rebounder as he continues to improve.  I’m serious, he keeps this up and he could be top 5.

I agree, his game is much more tehnically advanced and his body is NBA ready. He is really playing quallity overall. It’s gonna be very interesting to see him next few months.
