DolanCareParticipantKudos to the Thunder, but some of the blame has to fall on Kobe’s shoulders. This game belonged to Pau and Bynum for 3 quarters, and then Kobe went ahead and claimed the 4th quarter for himself, just because of past successes???
It’s a combination of Kobe shooting too much, and other players being too soft to say no to Kobe.

BiggysmallsParticipantIs it just me or are the Thunder the most dominant team in the NBA in the 3rd quarter and the last like 3 minutes of the 4th…I swear it happens every single time I watch them. They destroy people in the 3rd, and if they are down, the last 3 minutes they dont let anybody score. It blows my mind.
I dont think Harden scored alot "on Kobe"…alot of his points are when he literally just goes straight to the hoop and nobody can stop him because he will either get a layup, or get fouled and still has a good chance of gettin an And 1
5 years ago, Kobe wouldve cashed those attempts, he is done now. Hes not elite anymore, plain and simple. He cant get the kind of shots that hes going to make on an efficient basis.
