tblazer_NZParticipantI’ve never seen a team so balanced with their scoring. They are shooting incredibly well. They have the Blazers number.

llperezI wasn’t too overly impressed with spurs first round. Dallas blew game 1 giving up a 8-10 pt lead in the final 5 minutes and still pushed it to 7 games. Now they are absolute clicking though. Defenitely look championship caliber. But the blazers are also not taking anything away defensively. Kind of a reality check for the blazers this series.

llperezAnd watching Mathews try to guard Parker is hilarious. Instead of fighting through screens, Mathews is intentionally giving up the lane to Parker and inviting the switch similar to a NFL cb taking away one route and letting the wr go for the safety to pick up. Well guess what Mathews, your safety is robin Lopez and he can’t stay with Parker. Stop inviting the switch and try and fight through screens and stay with Parker.

tblazer_NZParticipantThis is valuable experience for the Trail Blazers but the Spurs are to hungry for the championship.

joecheck88ParticipantWhat is hard to watch for me is that Portland has failed to change the way they are guarding the pick and roll with Parker. If Lopez can’t pick up Parker for a second then take him out. Duncan isn’t really posting up. Go small. Try something else. It’s frustrating to watch. They are letting Parker do whatever he wants and that’s the wrong guy to let go off. I don’t think it’s a reality check. I think it’s exposing Stotts. The talent can get you to big games but the coaching wins them. I have seen zero adjustments from Portland and it’s embarrassing.

Jr. ROXASParticipantLamarcus Aldridge is STRUGGLING this series. Pretty much the reason why the Blazers couldn’t make an absolute run. Also, they can’t play defense. Also, their bench is atrocious. Aside from that, Spurs’ bench is the best in the league.
Yea you guessed it, the Blazers don’t stand a chance against this juggernaut offensive team.

IndianaBasketballParticipantThe Spurs are picking the Blazers apart… Running a pure clinic. Just toying with them. .
The Spurs are just too great. They don’t seem to have any real holes as a team. They’re the favorites to win it this season.

2quick4uParticipantTONY PARKER is the answer.. people keeps talking about the lillards, westbrooks, walls, lowrys, pauls, currys etc etc and while they keep getting all the love no one talks about parker neither show him respect. but he keeps doing his thing wich is winning, and while non of those PG have won nothing he has already 3 rings(almost 4), gold at fiba eurobasket with france, and mvp in the nba finals and eurobasket.
some get the love, others the glory
it’s funny how parker has never been considered a top 5 PG not even among his generation..but i guess at the end, history puts everyone in place and maybe then, he’ll be remembered..

Meditated StatesParticipantBut come playoff time give me Parker or Rondo at PG. They elevate their games and have high fg%. The other guys get easier baskets because of their style of play.

cozmojimParticipantThe switch late in game 3, putting Batum on Parker came way too late by Stotts. But it will be interesting to watch in game 4 if he sticks with it. Batum is the most familliar with Parkers game(maybe out of anybody in the NBA).
