I know this is old and hate to rehash it, but I was talking to a guy I’ve met a few times tonight, and he gave me some very very interesting information in regards to Kobe’s old rape case.

I live in Denver, and this guy is a mechanic who specializes in ski lifts, works at different Ski resorts every Winter. I have known this guy to be true to his word about everything, and have a mutual friend that vouches for him. I can’t say I was there or anything, but this is as close to first hand knowledge as it gets, I believe every word of it, and it matches the story (which I later looked up to verify and was dead on). A very good friend has told me for a fact that he did work at the ski resort and knows the girl well. I checked out of curiosity because I didn’t want to believe it, and they are facebook friends.

Anyways, the story he told me is that the girl went to the staff party that night, in the house that the resort staff all live in, bragging about hooking up with Kobe. She wouldn’t shut up, she told everybody everything, then got wasted and hooked up with his friend that same night. (not Kobe’s friend, the guy who told me the stories friend). That is the other dudes dna they found in her panties when they did the rape kit. She had a boyfriend back home or whatever, he found out about it, she flipped out and said she got raped, and he said if you got raped, why dont you press charges? So he pretty much was the big driving force behind the whole charges, got both of thier families behind it and everything.. and she freaked out and didn’t want him to find out the truth. He didn’t know anybody she worked with or he would have known the truth, but instead, was the driving force behind the greatest blip on Kobe’s career.

Can’t really go into more details because its too graphic for this forumn, but this guy was straight up with everything, and it matched the stories I found online to such precision, that I can just tell he is telling the truth.

So I thought that was interesting and figured I would share.

i’ve read up all kinds of stuff about the case. My BS detector calls bs on her. SHe had multuiple mens semen in her panties. She willingly went to his room. She told all the adults she saw after she left his room hi and smiled and seemed fine, it wasnt until she talked to her ex boyfriend and some other teenagers she knew that she she even hinted at rape?. She has a rep for banging half the state of colorado, but she told kobe no? Kobe, who can get ass like nothing, risked his career and marriage and everything by raping some small town 19 year old? It just dont add up.

Kobe was an idiot having this encounter and risking his reputation but he was cleared and has since gone on to show what a great player he is and has rebuilt his image and reputation really starting with that 81 point game against Toronto and culminating with the double Championships of the last two seasons.
