Yeah I think the smart choice is marrying someone that knew you before the fame and glory. At worst before you made it in the league and started pulling down money, unless you meet some woman that is pulling down millions as well, then you probably have less to worry about. That has to suck though to always have the concern of whether or not someone likes you for you or for what you have. With that said, the high school sweetheart would have to be the safest bet. Because in college I have seen so many girls latch onto big time players thinking what if they can make it. Not saying it’s all the girls fault though, because some of the guys are just looking for the girl they can have the most fun with or want a good looking girl to show around. That stuff can get you in trouble.
