    Why cant the CAVS sign a major contract. Isnt Shaq’s 20 million coming off the books?

    They are still over the cap so if your 20 mil over and 20 mil comes off the books then your even but they are way over they have Mo, Varejao and D.West contracts a big plus Jamisons deal they are way over plus after they sign LeBron.

    They have $49 Mil in contracts right now without Lebron which is a few million under the cap so Lebron is the only one they can sign. They were probably over the cap this past year by about $30 Mil.
    Thats the reason LA had a salary number over $80 Mil this past year, they resigned their players already on their roster to big deals.
