IndianaBasketballParticipantArtest was toasted lol. I watched the press conference and I don’t think he answered one question that was asked.

piratejpParticipantAs a guy who was a big fan of his early in his career – and who was disappointed in him so often that I essentially wrote him off as a guy with a million dollar game and a five cent head – this was a pretty entertaining interview for sure.
We so often talk about guys who have the mental makeup to make big shots, and those who don’t. Pretty interesting to hear a guy talk about himself so candidly regarding that.
I’m also glad he brought up his old Indiana teammates, who I agree he completely let down. Nice to see him take some ownership of that and be accountable; especially at that particular moment.
Nice job posting this – this is must-see-TV for this crowd.

The Scare Crow ReturnsParticipantHe’s the reason the Lakers will be defenders of the Crown for 2 more years…Ron has figured it out…In La he can play the Bad Boy and be loved and respected for it…Because it is now his persona…His act…
He is really the most loyal and hard working guy out there next to Kobe(minus the Loyal Stuff)0 - Posted on: Fri, 06/18/2010 - 4:22am #334798

sheltwon3ParticipantI am glad for Artest. He played great and he won a ring. Hopefully now people can stop bring up negative stuff about him all the time.

IndianaBasketballParticipantIt made me feel good that he realizes what he did to the Pacers. He genuwinely feels awful about it. I seriously believe we could’ve won a title that year he went into the stands, etc.
