 Remember at one point Mark Cuban said there’s no way we would trade him unless it blew us away or something of that nature.

Remember he was supposed to be the next "Rondo" or close to it.

What’s up with him? With Kidd gone does he finally get the chance to show us what he can do on a consitent basis?

Will Carlisle refuse to play him?

I still think even with the injury he had(Broken Foot) he is a big time player, or could be a big time player, his athletic ability is off the charts, he can do alot of things besides just score(Block shots, rebounds,defend pretty well)

I haven’t given up on him yet, after the injury he doesn’t look like he is as explosive as before and he still hasn’t shown the ability to play point guard yet. A change of scenery is what he needs, with oj mayo, delonte West, Vince Carter, Darren Collison, and Dominique Jones all above him he’s going to be back on the bench this season. I think its time for him and the mavericks to part ways

 Damn forgot Collison is there….yea Roddy needs to ask for a trade, he has talent for sure, but he might never get the chance in Dallas to show it.

 I don’t think Roddy should leaves Mavs just yet , and I still believe in him as well.On the Mavs he will probably play more minutes then any other bench guy on the mavs (excluding big men) so he is basically the second string like he would be on any other team right now.

Roddy got hurt and never bounced back but I see more Barbosa in his game than Rondo or anyone else.
