high floorParticipantI like your aggressive win prediction for Orlando! 39 wins would be a +14 win improvement, which Scott Skiles has proven capable of achieving per his previous stops in Phoenix, Chicago, and Milwaukee.
To win 14 more games this year Orlando needs to:
- Have Victor Oladipo make a near all-star jump
- Transform Vucevic into a league average post defeneder
- Get Harris to stop disrupting the flow of the offense, especially when they’re ahead!
- Get 26-28 quality minutes from Evan Fournier off the bench
- Have Elfrid Payton become more of a shooting threat from 15-18 feet
All of which I believe are attainable for Orlando by next season. Side note: I was listening to Jalen Rose on "Grantland" and also viewed Reggie Miller on "Open Court" this week and they both picked Orlando to make the playoffs. I know neither has a pristine record for playoff predictions, but it was awesome to see a couple high profile player/analysts show my team some love!
