Just wanted to post these, since no one has seemed too in quite a while. We will see how different they are post tournament, as I am sure they will change, though I do not know how radically. Just a top 10 at every position, and maybe some predictions as too who will improve their tourney stock by their ranking. These are overall rankings, not just players in the NCAA tournament, but every available prospect. Also, if I do not list a player, it may be because I see them as being a 2012 draft prospect, unless of course that player is a senior, than I just feel their are better prospects at that position.

Great job, theres not much wrong with thatn at all. I think if I were to make the list Id only change 3 or 4 things. Excellent list Mke.

Power forward is definitely the most controversial decision. Sully, P Jones and Williams are all great prospects but all have question marks. Sullinger might be too small (someone reported him being 6-7.5 barefoot), Jones can be lackadaisical on the court and this suspension hurt, and Williams is in between positions. How you rank them may come down to whose faults you think are the least hurtful, rather than comparing their strengths because they’re so different.

I would probably change 3 or 4 things as well, lol. I mean, it constantly switches up the more we see these guys play and develop. I am sure that this list will be completely different before the start of the draft. I have my favorite prospects and all, but if I were a GM I would have a really hard time choosing between some of these players. This list also seems to show that this draft is not at all deep at the SG or C. It is a really deep PF draft however, in what is becoming by far the deepest position in the league. If some players can show an ability or willingness to play or defend the post, they could really move up the draft. On the flip side, if a taller/longer player shows ability to play on the wing, much of the same will happen. Man, is it just me or is the site wonky today? Happy St. Paddy’s, I feel like I am drunk though I am not, which is slightly scary.

i would put Kemba and Jimmer ahead of Knight. Other than that perfect list.

Kemba Walker is better then Brandon Knight because of his recent tourney play in the Big East. He has beaten Brandon Knight and because of the way he played I actuallty think he is a better prospect than Knight is. Walker will start on a good team, while Knight is a fringe starter on a good team. (And this is both players in their primes)

In my opinion Jordan Hamilton is more of a 2 guard because he is not a great defender, but a great shooter and great scorer. He can play both positions at the next level but I believe he will play the 2 gaurd more because of his great shooting and scoring ability but poor defensive ability. I have him head and shoulders above Alec Burks because os his great shooting ability.

Derrick Williams to me is more of a Small Forward but he could play both positions very at well in the NBA. I actually have him as the best 3 in the NCAA above Harrison Barnes.

Perry Jones is very raw and I think it will take him awhile to round into form. And in my opinion he is bust and right now he way behind Montie but just barely ahead of Tristian Thompson.

Vesely, I also think of him more as a 3 because of his ability to shoot the three very well and his ability to defend. If I were to compare him to a player today it would be Hedo Turkoglu (the fact they are both international players is just a coincidence. Not a result of any biased thinking that I may have) I have him 4th on the 3’s list behind Terrance Jones but ahead of Kawhi Leonard.

Markieff and Marcus are neck and neck fighting for the spot just below Montie. Currently I have Marcus ahead of Markieff but that’s just because he is a better 3 pt shooter then Markeiff but both are vey good in their own respect.

Other then that I basically agree with what you have.

To sumarize my disagreements here is a quick overview of how I rank the players you listed right now. (Note: I only list the players on your list that I think will come out this year cuz I think the rest of the players are irrelevant, especially when you are thinking of NBA prospects for the 2011 draft.)

PG: Irving, Walker, Knight, Fredette, Nolan Smith, McCamey.

SG: Hamilton, Burks, Buford, Marshon Brooks, Klay Thompson, E’twaun Moore

SF: Derrick Williams, Harrison Barnes, T. Jones, Vesely, K. Leonard, Honeycutt, Singler, Chris Singleton, T. Harris, Bogdanovitch, Mirotic.

PF: Sullinger, Montiejunas, P. Jones, Marcus Morris, Markeiff Morris, T. Thompson, Faried, Jordan Williams, JaJuan Johnson

C: Kanter, Jonas, Benson, Jeremy Tyler, Alex Oriaki, Tyler Zeller
