PlatypusParticipantThe Pistons have contacted Brendan Haywood and Matt Barnes, according to Ted Kulfan and Vincent Goodwill of The Detroit News. Raymond Felton’s agent planned to contact the Pistons, according to Vince Ellis of the Detroit Free Press.
It would be for there mid level exception

RickyRubio9ParticipantTheir roster actually looks pretty good, honestly, I don’t think I can see Stuckey being put to the bench so I don’t see Raymond Felton being signed.
Haywood? Maybe, I wouldn’t throw a rookie like Monroe into the fire like that.0 - Posted on: Mon, 07/05/2010 - 7:02am #346797

BothTeamsPlayedHardParticipantI think it is more important to see what they can get in return for Prince and Hamilton. I’ll throw out this possibility, Prince to Orlando for Bass and Gortat. Here is another, Rip and Wilcox to Philadelphia for Brand. I tend to believe both will be a part of the second wave of movement once LeBron, Wade, Bosh, et al make their decisions.

mwardiaParticipantactually, that wouldnt be a bad idea at all, but brand is not gnna contribute to much anyways

BothTeamsPlayedHardParticipantI disagree. He has struggled in Philadelphia because of his health and the fact that nobody respects anyone from the perimeter except Kapono. He can’t operate without space. Ben Gordon, Jerebko, and Villanueva can shoot. If the ball gets kicked out to Monroe, he can drive by any big man. I think there are spots where Brand could have a bit of a career resurgence, and I think Detroit could be one such spot.
