Lakers send
– Pau Gasol
Raptors send

Lebron’s HairlineParticipantAs a Raptors fan no, amir is playing great for us and the knicks pick is gold, no need to trade for Pau for half a season rental when we can just continue the youth movement. The East is weak so we should make the playoffs regardless.

Mr. ChicagoParticipantAfter working so hard to get rid of bad contracts and get picks – there is no way he gives up a first rounder. He builds through the draft.

TyroberParticipantLike LeBrons hairline said Amir is playing great for the Raptors. Would Gasol make them better? Yes but they should make the playoffs so there isn’t a need to rent him for half a season while giving up a Knicks pick that could turn out to be a golden ticket down the road.

beard20ParticipantYea i agree maybe I was a little over the top with the 1st but I do think Pau could have a significant impact on the Raps team if they could find a proper deal without giving up too much.

TheArtistPaysthePriceParticipantIf Landry Fields, John Salmons, Novak or Chuck Hayes were in the deal then Masai Ujiri would consider it. Maybe all of them. Even though the Raptors are playing really well they have a lot of money tied to mediocre players that last longer than this year. I think this offseason is going to be really hard for middle of the road players, I thimk there will be an unprecedented amount of team option contracts given out.
