I would like to see the pacers take xavier henry at 10 then the linuep would be hibbert murphy granger henry and waston four that are great at putting the ball in the basket
We got Henry about 2-3 years ago in a trade that also brought McRoberts… his name was Brandon rush. We don’t need two of him.
The Pacers more than anything need a point guard for the future via trade or the draft otherwise we will be stuck in lottery land for at least another 3-4 years.
It looks like Bird is really determined to move the 10th pick in order to acquire a point guard.
We do need a point guard, BUT I don’t think we should go into desperation mode like Bird is doing. I mean, giving up Danny Granger? That’s crazy…
We should deal if the deal makes sense… If not, we should just take the best player available. I mean, we do have expiring contracts. We can try to acquire a point guard during the season. IF not, it’s not like we’re going to be good this year. Maybe we can get a point guard in next year’s draft.
