AdamJCallejaParticipantWow, in a Big 12 opener Oklahoma just gave it to Texas on their home floor. Even with Isaiah Taylor back, Texas never even made it a game. Huge road win for Oklahoma, Isaiah Cousins is a ball player. Definitely didn’t see that coming, but it’s only 1 game, I still have Texas winning the big 12.

Mr. HookShotParticipantThey scored what… 12 points in the first half? That is a performance that takes more than the next game to forget I would say.

ItsVictorOladipoParticipantuggh, Myles Turner was such a non-factor out there. I thought he was a top 3 pick before the season but his play is so inconsistent. He only seems to play really well against poor competition.

Magic JordanParticipantThere is no way Turner would ever be a top 3 pick. The fact that this site moved him… and a few others ahead of Karl Towns is amateurish. To me Turner is Has an Whiteside with a decent jumper, but will also be plagued by injuries due to his awkwardness, tiny legs and big feet. You can just watch him run and tell something doesn’t look right. 10-15 is where I would take him. I don’t think he does one thing better than Towns.

Jdean24ParticipantI’m a die hard KU fan and let me tell you this this league is all about match ups. Texas is huge and defensively can be great. But on the other hard can struggle with teams that shoot from the arc and have big that can stretch the floor. The is exactly what Oklahoma has. Now Texas also had a bad shooting night historically as a matter of fact. But let’s be honest this is going great to be a great race I think KU’s main worry is the Sooners. I’m sorry but Texas year after year disappoints with high expectations. And Turner looked terrible a top five pick he didn’t look like a lottery pick even. I see it like this in league play…
KU – 14-4
OK – 14-4
IOWA ST – 13-5
TEXAS – 12-6
Although I would not be surprised at all too see Texas or Iowa St take the Big 12 Tourney
