chris_wuzhereParticipantNuggets should target the Phil Jackson/Brian Shaw tandem. Brian Shaw is the top coaching candidate and Phil could be a solid talent evaluator. Definitely worth a shot.

db24kb24ParticipantObviously, But what team/situation would the combo of B.Shaw and Phil be bad? You could say this about any team other than SA and the Idea would be valid.

drice4life1753Participanthahaha. Phil in Denver…classic. By the way I’m far from being a fan of anything Lakers (who doesn’t like MJ), but the word “solid” greatly undervaluing anything Phil Jackson. aha….unless your describing his 11 rings. But ya, I definitely like the idea of Brian Shaw in Denver, especially with the VERY interesting roster they have constructed.

HitsterParticipantI don’t see the Kroenkes paying out for Phil but Brian Shaw would be a great coaching choice so plus one for me. Also Phil has said he’d want to shape a roster and Denver already a settled roster.

SmooveKRYPTParticipantIt’s not that settled; Outside of Ty & Gallo. There’s some flexibility. McGee would have suitors if they wanted to move him.
Iggy & Brewer are FAs
Chandler & Miller have very tradeable deals
Faired, Hamilton, Fournier, Mozgov are on rookie deals.
Randolph & Q Miller are wild cards.0 - Posted on: Thu, 06/06/2013 - 2:11pm #791890
