I like how the high light videos showed the same easy pass about 15 times.
Can't really tell much from the video but he looks like a pretty poor athlete. His understanding of the Europe game seems solid but that goes out the window in the nba. I know it's not exactly the deepest position in the nba but how well will he match up with other SGs with those slow feet that he can't seem to get off the ground.

Pappas is an incredible defensive player - probably in the top 5 in Europe. He regularly guards point guards and shuts them down. He dunks in almost every single game he plays in.

That running one handed dunk he did a few times in the video, I can do that and I'm 6'4" and a very average athlete (for normal people, nba standards I'm a waste of time in all regards). If he guards point guards then the point guards in that league must not be very fast either.
Yes, I am sure without question that right now you can sign with a team in the 2nd best league in Europe and 3rd best league in the whole planet (Eurocup) and instantly lead the league in both scoring and steals.

At first I thought he could be used as a gunner coming off the bench (taken with a second round pick, of course). It seems he's good moving without the ball, comes off the screens and finds his way to the basket for either a pull up jumper or layup. Maybe the opponents respect his 3pt shot? Nah... the dude has shot under 30% from 3pt in the past two seasons!

The greek league is beyond pathetic, check his stats only against Panathinaikos and Olympiakos if you want to have a clear picture.
His skillset translates well for the European basketball, in the NBA he'd get massacred.

If Westermann (french pg in belgrade) can't make it to the nba, it will be because his skills don't fit the nba way of playing basketball. It won't be because US GM are racists.
If there are so few greek player in the nba that's because greek prospects play at a low level (the greek league) and don't show some skills that can work in the nba or attract them at least. If Ajinca or petro were drafted (french busts among others), that's because they had some really interesting physical attributes. The draft is about searching for and finding some specific skills, physical / athletic basis to develop a player not drafting the best player. You still don't understand after all those stupid threads.
Look at all the greek players who come to the nba. It DIDN'T work very well for them. So you can't expect US Gm to be positiv about drafting a player from Greece.
French players began to get drafted after tariq abdul wahad was. Because he had a nice beginning in his carreer (sacramento and orlando and some games in denver) it opened the door to other french prospects. But he accepted to play in the ncaa (michigan and san jose). Moiso or Noah did too in UCLA and Florida. Pietrus, Ajinca, Beaubois and Petro showed some athletic appealing skills that lead them to get drafted even if their carreer were not what we expected. Diaw and Batum played well very young at european levels before getting drafted and benefits from the habits of drafting french players every year (like morlende, weis and some other whoi never came).
Tony Parker has a wonderfull carreer. It helped a lot other french prospects to get drafted. Where is the Greek parker who has opened the door for all those greek prospects you're talking about ?... That's not only about quality players (cause I think Bourrousis, Papanikolaou could be some great players in the right frnachise in hte nba).
