    Living near Detroit, I get all the University of Detroit basketball games on TV. This guy Minnerath has been impressing the hell out of me this season.

    He is a guy who has had a troubled past, with drugs & whatnot, but that is well in the past. He is a 6’9″ guy who had a 40+ inch vert last season until season ending knee surgery in the teams 5th game.

    This season he has come back & been really really impressive. He doesn’t quite have all his explosiveness back, but this guy can flat out shoot the ball.

    He has been on a tear lately, scoring 27, 18, 34, 21, 25, & 21 this month & really really shooting the ball well…..also has a 36 & two 22 point games.

    This Detroit team is really tough & have a solid 4 headed attack in….Ray McCallum (who I feel will be a STEAL in this draft)…Nick Minnerath…Jason Calliste….& Doug Anderson…they also have Juwan Howard Jr averaging 9 a game.

    I hope Detroit makes the tourney, because I feel they may be a Cinderella type team this year & really shock some people.

    If you like potential steals in the 2nd round, I am telling ya def keep your eyes on Minnerath. He will find a team who can use his shooting ability with his height.

    I live in Detroit too! Minnerath could be Birdman 2.0…Don’t think he’ll be drafted, but I think he has a chance of landing on a team.
