NFL: Saints "bounty" system

Anybody have a problem with the Saints bounty system they had? They would basically give defensive players money if they would sack "X" quarterback. To be honest, I have no problem with it. What's the difference between this and a contract with incentives to get 10-15 sacks in a season?

From what I've heard no

From what I've heard no players have an issue with it, and most teams do it. The only people against it have been special teams guys, and people who didn't play in the NFL. With that said, you shouldn't try to injure people on purpose.

They tried to harm Kurt Warner.

For that, they are going to Hell.

We had systems like this from

We had systems like this from Pee-wee to HS football. I'm sure this goes on in more lockerrooms than just New Orleans.

That’s going to be a couple

That’s going to be a couple of awfully tough checks to write for an owner whose team is not close to being in the mix of Western Conference contenders.
