From what I've heard no
From what I've heard no players have an issue with it, and most teams do it. The only people against it have been special teams guys, and people who didn't play in the NFL. With that said, you shouldn't try to injure people on purpose.

Anybody have a problem with the Saints bounty system they had? They would basically give defensive players money if they would sack "X" quarterback. To be honest, I have no problem with it. What's the difference between this and a contract with incentives to get 10-15 sacks in a season?
