Major Changes

Major changes will still happen here due to the free agents. Might actually be a safer bet to remove the free agents from their teams rather than assuming they stay. For the Pistons for example, its highly probable that both Wallace and McDyess won't be there, so that suddenly leaves holes in the starting lineup.

Also, for Charlotte, I don't see Ajinca starting any time soon. It will still be Wallace-Diaw-Okafor frontcourt. If they do get a starting center, expect Diaw to be the one coming off the bench as the sixth man backing up all 3 frontcourt positions.

For the Lakers, I'd still think Odom will come off the bench and they start with Ariza. Jackson didn't use the big frontline often, preferring to go with a better balance of speed. Playing 3 bigs will likely be a situational lineup for Jackson rather than a regular group that plays together. Of course a new coach may decide to use them more often, so it could still happen.
