NEW COLLABORATIVE DRAFT IDEA

now i'm blazed as hell, but i have a suggestion for a new draft simulation that would avoid having to use the arbitrary big board and would let everyone pick very quickly... you could do this multiple times per day and it wouldn't be hard.

let me know if my head is in the clouds on this one...

Alright, so there is one moderator, kinda like DWAT is doing right now.

Everyone picks a team, just like you guys are doing now... BUT! instead of having to wait for everyone to pick, all everyone has to do is rank the players, in terms of, if these were the players available, i would take them in this order...

now if you're picking 3rd, than you only really need to rank 3 people.... because you're guaranteed to have AT LEAST the 3rd person you ranked.

Now, along the same lines, if you're picking 18, I dont think you necessarily need to rank all 18 guys, although you could. You'd just have to rank like 9-18... but if you leave someone off your list and someone like jennings falls? well you dont get him...

this WOULD take some of the fun out of the whole picking thing.... but this way, you get to tailor your rankings to your team and it goes faster and no one gets skipped and forced to take an arbitrary guy like Wayne ellington and then it kind of screws the whole thing up.

let me know if im crazy... oh one more thing... to make it more interesting, the moderator person could post with a little separation between picks?
