NickWayne87ParticipantIsn’t going number 2. Oladipo or McClemore will………I say he falls out of the top 5 and if NBA teams thought like me he’d fall out of the top ten. Has everyone been asleep at the wheel regarding big men and knee problems the past 6 years?

KHAM83ParticipantIm actually with you on this. Even healthy, you have to have concerns about his weight. He doesn’t have the body type to simply add on muscles/pounds. Unless he’s extremely strong, he doesn’t have the size to dominate the post defensively, which is his only strength. And add to it his knees. If he could add pounds, that’s just more stress to his knees. If he didn’t go to Kentucky, he wouldn’t have been considered a top pick. He did very well in college, not dominate it. People are making a mistake with this dude.

2. Kevin Garnett pre-draft measurements: 19 years 11 months – 6’11”, 217 lbs….Noel 19 years, 2 months – 6’10”, 206 lbs.
3. Noel averaged 2 steals/game at UK, which is crazy for a center. Analytic crowd loves using steal rate to project potential.
4. Shot better away from the basket at UK than Len did at Maryland.
Not saying he’s a guaranteed star, but those are some arguments for Noel.

NickWayne87Participanthis knee problems are the sole reason he should drop……just that on top of his other question marks oughta make it a certainty that he WILL drop. The good doesn’t outweigh the bad in my opinion when it comes to him.
