Indiana gets an uprgrade at Point guard and another scorer who can play defense and run the floor in Jeff Green to replace stephenson with. I don’t stephenson ever reaches Jeff Greens level even though he has played great this year I don’t see it for the long haul. Meanwhile Boston gets a total rebuild Granger’s contract comes off the books, A young talent in Lance Stephenson they should be able to resign and George Hill a solid guard who’s not making tons of money. everybody wins? Boston gets screwed on this one.  They give up too much and receive too little.  Plus, George Hill’s contract is absolutely atrocious.

Unfortunately, the Celtics are never going to get that much for Rondo.  I love his game, but he is not a player who is easy to integrate into a team and PG is a really strong position in the league right now.  Lance Stephenson’s trade value is likely higher than Rondo’s right now.

 This is just atrocious for the Pacers.  They would just remove themselves from the league’s elite from this trade.  It would absolutely kill their spacing and the players they lose are all more desirable than the players they gain.  Even George Hill fits better on the team than Rondo would.

imo the only trade the 13-pacers should look at his if someone with cap room would take granger the teams playing great without him and if they could sum picks back see you danny g
