OhCanada-ParticipantDuke gets the #1 seed they definitely deserved.

lakanoParticipantDamn Joey Brackets that gonna hurt ur percentage
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/13/2011 - 12:17pm #509541
llperezget on with it already, lets see the teams. Also does anyone else hate the 68 team format where they have to play games on tuesday?
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/13/2011 - 12:20pm #509544
jjonzParticipanti have to allocate those day’s wisely. ohh well
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/13/2011 - 12:21pm #509545
kaceyParticipantDang, Kentucky as a 4 seed. As well as they have been playing as of late, they will be scary.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/13/2011 - 12:24pm #509546
kaceyParticipantGeorgia getting in as everyone expected except for Joey Brackets. Worst loss this year was to Alabama.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/13/2011 - 12:25pm #509547
llperezyeah, georgia a 10 seed means they werent even really on the bubble. Washington vs georgia will be fun.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/13/2011 - 12:26pm #509549
JNixonParticipantGlad to see UGA get in!!

lakanoParticipantAnybody else see Michigan getting upset
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/13/2011 - 12:29pm #509552
JNixonParticipantUGA vs. Washington is going to be a pretty high scoring game. Both of those teams have good scorers.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/13/2011 - 12:30pm #509553
OhCanada-ParticipantArizona gets a bit of an early challenge with Memphis who is an underrated team imo. Duke gets a fairly easy 1st 2 games which they should breeze through.

llperezi really wish i didnt have a job this week.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/13/2011 - 12:31pm #509556
bigblackNbeautifulParticipantWho you got if it happens
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/13/2011 - 12:32pm #509557
llperezsan diego state/ uconn potential matchup in the sweet 16
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/13/2011 - 12:32pm #509558
OhCanada-ParticipantIve got Duke if that happens. But duke could have legit issues dealing with Arizona.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/13/2011 - 12:34pm #509560
bigblackNbeautifulParticipantI feel like sdst is going to give duke issues with their pressure and rebounding…. but I could see either team loosing in their sweet sixteen matchup
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/13/2011 - 12:35pm #509562
JNixonParticipantDuke will beat Arizona if they play, and it probably won’t be all that close. Arizona isn’t all that good to me.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/13/2011 - 12:36pm #509563
JNixonParticipantSDSU is athletic enough and good enough on D to keep up with Duke, and possibly upset them. That will be a great matchup.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/13/2011 - 12:40pm #509566
llperezwow, after all the other bubble teams that already made it, im surprised USC did get in. Thye probably didnt deserve to get in, but you wont find too many more dangerous 12 seeds.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/13/2011 - 12:43pm #509567
bigblackNbeautifulParticipantnobody was talking bout vcu or uab…. I am really happy bout them both though
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/13/2011 - 12:49pm #509570
llperezucla vs michigan state. Thats a real tough first rounder but if ucla can pull it off i think florida is one of the weaker 2 seeds.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/13/2011 - 12:50pm #509571
kaceyParticipantFlorida as a two seed and UK only got a four seed? Don’t know about that. Plenty of solid teams as the 2-4 seeds. Florida has to be the weakest of the bunch.
Oh crap, more bubble teams didn’t make it, lets just add four more teams to the Tourney next year and make it 72 teams.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/13/2011 - 12:54pm #509572
OhCanada-ParticipantThats so stupid, why wouldnt Colorada make it Im shocked. Pittsburgh walks through there division. Im very upset with these brackets.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/13/2011 - 12:55pm #509574
flyboyParticipantVCU VCU VCU!!!!!
How in the f**k did we make it lol. I cannot believe it but I literally almost got emotional. I’m so damn happy about this.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/13/2011 - 12:57pm #509576
Lotto StudParticipantColorado didn’t make it WOW
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/13/2011 - 12:59pm #509577
JNixonParticipantColorado should’ve gotten in. That’s the biggest snub to me. EASILY too. They were a tourny team. Virginia Tech was 50/50 to me.
Florida isn’t deserving of being a 2 seed. They are a 3 or probably even a 4 to me.
Kansas State is going to have a tough one against Utah State.
Why are UAB and VCU in the tourny? I don’t get it.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/13/2011 - 12:59pm #509579
Lotto StudParticipantI like UCLA chances coming out the Southeast Region, they are a sleeper team.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/13/2011 - 1:00pm #509580
HaleParticipantThe first 2 regions are so tough, the second 2 suck.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/13/2011 - 1:02pm #509582
llperezi agree with mempis tyga. Seriously though, how is michigan states inside play becasue the only real advantage ucl has over most teams is size and if they cant dominate the paint they struggle badly.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/13/2011 - 1:03pm #509583
Dale WorthingtonParticipantColorado not getting in is a joke.
The East is ridiculous. Marquette and 11? You kidding me.
The First Four is ghey.
Kentucky is the best 4-seed ever.
Nova could actually beat Ohio State in the 2nd round if they return to past form.
Remember, Nova has 7 quality wins on the year.
Again, watch out for Oakland.
Texas is an amazing 4-seed too.
St. John’s going to the Elite Eight.
Book it.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/13/2011 - 1:04pm #509585
llperezgreg anthony just predicted ucla vs k-state in the elite 8, me and you iggy bring it.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/13/2011 - 1:07pm #509587
Dale WorthingtonParticipantUCLA will prob lose to Michigan State and they will definitely lose to Florida.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/13/2011 - 1:07pm #509588
JNixonParticipant"Seriously though, how is michigan states inside play becasue the only real advantage ucl has over most teams is size and if they cant dominate the paint they struggle badly."
Not great. Draymond Green is a very solid player, and even at 6’5 260, he likes to face up from mid-range more than play down low. He operates much like Kevin Love did for you guys, but he’s probably even more perimeter oriented. Other than him, Adreian Payne is raw down low and not someone you run offense through, and Derrick Nix is a big body who fouls. Delvon Roe is a workhorse who competes and can defend, but he’s not going to score a bunch and he’s a little foul prone.

Lotto StudParticipantI like UCLA in the Final Four, I don’t like to watch Pac 10 ball, but I have been paying some attention to UCLA & Joshua Smith
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/13/2011 - 1:10pm #509591
Dale WorthingtonParticipantUCLA in the Final Four…damn, that’s ballsy.
I think they lose in the 1st round.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/13/2011 - 1:16pm #509595
kaceyParticipantSo who is going to set up a bracket challenge for the NBAdraft.net forum members?
Cash prize??
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/13/2011 - 1:19pm #509597
Dale WorthingtonParticipantYeah, we need to do a pool on sportsline.com for money.
We can set-up some PayPal thing and all put in $15.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/13/2011 - 1:20pm #509598
kaceyParticipantDale, sounds like you should take the lead on this. I’ve heard of Sportsline, but have never visited or dealt with the site.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/13/2011 - 1:21pm #509600
JNixonParticipantUCLA isn’t going to make the Final 4.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/13/2011 - 1:24pm #509603
llperezim obviously just being an optimistic fan, but michigan state and florida are both winnable games for ucla. Then in the sweet 16 they would probably meet the winer of byu/st johns 2 teams ucla already beat.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/13/2011 - 1:27pm #509608
Dale WorthingtonParticipantI’ll do a $15 pay-in league if we can get at least 10 guys.
We would have to send money to a PayPal account and people would have to trust me.
Believe me, I’ll pay up, but it’s always hard trusting people on anonymous forums, so we’ll see who’s down…
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/13/2011 - 1:31pm #509618
Lotto StudParticipantLemme see 2 forms of ID please
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/13/2011 - 1:43pm #509624
delfamParticipantyou can use leaguesafe i guess, right?
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/13/2011 - 1:55pm #509632
Dale WorthingtonParticipantYou’re right.
LeagueSafe looks legit.
We get 10+ guys and I’m in.
Who is in for $15.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/13/2011 - 3:14pm #509676
konqueredParticipantThis is one of the worst seeding jobs in recent history. It seems like the committee decided to come up with a whole new way of selecting teams. They pretty much ignored the whole out of conference schedule and the full body of a team’s resume or the very at least inconsistent in their ways in choosing teams Florida as a 2. I know they have many rpi 50 and 100 wins but their resume only deserved a 3-4 seed Richmond, Memphis and Utah state as 12. Does they mean they were right on the bubble? That’s bullshit, the minimum seed shld have been at least at 10 for these guys USC as 11 and even in the tourney? Did the committee only start taking note of their games after jio fontan joined? I mean they lost to rider, tcu. And had a couple more bad losses. They were on the nit bubble for god’S sake, if they are in, then Alabama should have been in as well. And I would have chosen harvard over these two but the ivy league never gets any respect And colorado.. And virginia tech …. I have nothing else to say Plenty more that I disagree with as well
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/13/2011 - 3:37pm #509694
The lake show2Who has Mich St beat exactly? I’ll give them Purdue but Colorado has better wins then they do and they have bad loses. Its only because of who they are, that’s why they are in.
Ohio St is gonna Blow out villanova if they even get past the first round.
When Duke lost to Va Tech i said they still weren’t a lock even though Dickie V and knicks thought they were. They should have gotten in over VCU though
