aarondsonixfanParticipantMost of the are good. I think that the first one might be a slight steal for the Cavs. The Sixers would be giving away their star player, and I just dont see it. All of the other ones are done very well, though. Good job

SubZeroParticipantNot sure if the Grizzlies would wanna trade one of their best players (Randolph) to replace him with Jason Maxiell and Chris Wilcox, also Tayshaun wouldn’t have the minutes he wants with Gay already there. They would have to cut into the minutes of one of them

NYK2010ParticipantTerrible trade for Knicks giving up on Wilson Chandler, Toney Douglas, Danilo Gallinari and Randolph thats a awful giving up all the depth.
Don’t need J.R. Smith when Azubuike is back, anyway wouldn’t want J.R. anywhere near the rookie Fields.
Now you’d have Fields, Azubuike, Bill Walker and J.R. Smith at SG and no backup PG or SF.
Magic get Arenas doubtful they take on his contracts unless they move Rashard Lewis, would be a great deal for the Wizards though.
Can’t see the Cavs trading for Brand and Iggy when they are so weak at other positions still. Also giving up on Hickson too early. More likely than move Varajeo or Mo Williams in a trade.
I do like the Pistons/Grizzlies trade.

Mr. 19134ParticipantI like all them trade and could see them happening except for the Sixers-Cavs only because as a Sixers fan it sounds too good to come true. No Way would Cleveland take on both Iggy’s and Brands contract. But if they would the Sixers would do that in a second.
And Iggy is not our star player this city is fed up Iggy and wants him gone. It’s to the point we don’t even care who we get back as long as he is traded.
And NYK2010 first off Fields is really a small forward, as is Bill Walker. So Depth isn’t an issue there. And you are crazy not to want to unite Melo and Stoudemire. Randolph don’t even get playing time because he just don’t have a clue so depth don’t apply to him cuz he don’t play anyway. And if you add up Chandlers and Gallineri’s PPG you get what Melo is going to average on that team so…………….
Anyways what do you guys think of this.
Nets Get: Melo, Speights/Hawes, and draft considerations.
Nuggets Get: Iggy, T. Will, Humphries, draft picks.
Sixers Get: Favors, Murphy
It works money wise and every body gets the player they want. Nuggets get Iggy, Nets get Melo, and Sixers get Favors.

omphalosParticipantYeah co-sign on the "rumours" thing.
Cavs one is awful for Cleveland. Hickson is the closest thing they have to young talent, no way they can give him up. Iggy isn’t a franchise changer, and they don’t seem to be bottoming out to snare the no. 1 pick so no help seems to be on the way.
I like the Hornets-Grizzlies one though.

Mr. 19134ParticipantIggy isn’t a franchise changer but would instantly become hands down the best player on that Cleveland team and in Byron Scott’s offense the fact that he isn’t a game dominator doesn’t really matter. And Hickson is not really that special. He is averaging like what 12 points this season after a hot start plus he is undersized and doesn’t rebound that well. Hickson may become a better scorer but he won’t become a better rebounder cuz that rarely happens for a player. And besides I would do that trade without Hickson in it anyway.

Sorry but throwing Chandler in the trade to get Mello for a couple extra months isn’t smart. Nuggets can go ahead and send him to a team as a rental so far all the rumors have dided I wonder why. I’d still keep Chandler as the backup SF/PF he’s versatile can play defense, handle, run the floor and finish at the rim. No need to throw in Douglas either they have no backup PG. Its about leverage Denver has very lil when it comes to Mello so why would the Knicks add extra players to the trade.

Mr. 19134ParticipantObviously Melo wouldn’t be a rental in New York because that is where he wants to play. If he didn’t mind where he went the Sixers would of already traded for him/
