I had cable issues tonight and decided instead of streaming the game illegally I would watch the Cavs/Raps game by purchasing league pass for a month. So I paid for it loaded it up and it said I couldnt watch the local game due to "geographic restrictions". What kind bullsh… Anyways I ended up watching the game on my usual streaming site service, enjoyed it as the Raps handed Lebron his biggest loss ever and had not one single issue with the stream.

How in the world does League Pass exist. They should be out of buisness. There appears to be a way to bypass the restrictions but Im not computer savvy. Took me 20 minutes trying to get this thing to work and my stream site took 1 minute lasted all night was great and free. Im not even gonna ask for a refund that way I can feel like a paying customer.

From what I know locally in my area, League Pass will not televise our team either, we have to tune in from the cable provider’s station, but every other team is a go on League Pass.

I have had League Pass for 2 seasons now and like Knight said you get all the games, except for the local teams in your area where your cable provider provides their games.  So for me I live in Southern California so all Lakers and Clippers games are blacked out, but I have their networks so it doesn’t matter.

All nationally broadcast games are blacked out on NBA League pass as well.

NBA League Pass, MLB Extra Innings, NFL Ticket are set up to give you out of market games that aren’t nationally televised.  That’s why I subscribe to NFL and NBA and not MLB.  My local team for MLB is the Dodgers, but Directv doesn’t carry Dodger Channel so if I got MLB Extra Innings the Dodgers games would be blacked out anyway since I am in their local market.  For NFL and NBA since I get the local teams channels I could care less if they are blacked out and that’s why I subscribe to get the out of market games.

I’m Australian, and NBA League Pass is the best thing ever here.

I can’t legally watch any games otherwise, as we don’t have NBA on free-to-air TV here in Aus (even though we have like 8 players in the NBA).

Because there are no local TV channels and no nationally televised games, I get every single game live or on-demand at any time, and I can choose which team’s broadcast I want to watch. It’s amazing for an Aussie NBA fan.

It’s also interesting to see which teams have the most biased broadcasters.  I seriously can’t even watch the Celtics broadcasters, and the Suns guys aren’t far behind. That old Celtics guy literally just yells into the microphone "AWW C’MON?!?!?! THAT’S A FOUL!!!!! WHAT ARE YOU DOING??!?!"

I used to calmly explain to him in a rational, logical way the reasons it wasn’t a foul…. but now I just choose the broadcast of whichever team the Celtics are playing against. It’s just too horrible and really takes away all enjoyment from the game if you’re not a one-eyed Celtics fan.

In summary… Leage Pass International is amazing but some of the local commentators are atrocious.

Yeah those Celtics guys are from the stone age, some straight up teaparty og’s. The Warriors CC pretty bad too. They got all thier Raptors information wrong and even asked how a Pacers team could possibly beat the Cavs without PG. Geez.
