    Lets play NBA draft net GM…Here are the rules and guidelines

    1. Every Team Must be picked by users…First come, first serve.
    A.Teams with multiple users requesting GM job can opt to partner up and must agree to all terms of picks and trades…
    B. If users cant agree. You’ll be coin flipping for Team.

    2. Once every team has GM. We’ll set up draft positions. You inherit teams roster and once the draft is set begin to feild trade offers to other GM’s…
    A.We will vote on league Commissioner…Majority vote wins.
    B. Commissioner will approve all trades if salaries and details are correct.

    3. Once Teams are assigned and the Draft is set…We’ll set a weekend up where we hold draft. Gm’s representing teams will place picks/trade and field offers for picks and players.
    A.Draft Order will be lottery format according to where the real teams draft…Lottery is on May 24th.
    B.Day after Lottery will begin the trade season. A day later will be Draft. May 26th

    4. Rosters will be Ported to NBA2K10 via friends at XBOX…The League is Dubbed DraftNetFanLeague.

    5. After Draft, Teams will enter a simulated Free Agency Period and must submit offers in the form of a essay, making free agent presentations to potential signee’s. League Comm. then decides on best offers and Players will be signed to potential team’s roster.
    A. All teams most have cap space to sign potential Free Agent and can clear cap by trade or Buyouts*( *Barring league vote and Commissioner approval)

    So Submit your Team Here…All teams will be ported to NBA2k10 on XBoX 360
