How can it be racial

How can it be racial profiling if someone is caught stealing? Racial profiling is accusing someone of a crime that they haven't been caught or proven doing based on the race of the person being profiled.

Does anyone think this will

Does anyone think this will have next to no impact on his draft stock? Slight red flag, and a beyond stupid decision, but 6-6 true point guards with the handles, vision, and anticipation he has don't grow on trees.
