NBA Basketball: Who has already bought NBA Leauge Pass Limited Time offer?

NBA.com says NBA League Pass is having a limited time offer right now for $179. Who has already bought it and isnt that the originall price? Is NBA League Pass worth it?

I was almost tricked into

I was almost tricked into buying the 5 team online pass because it said that the prices started at $27. But then it tells you that is one of five payments, making it $135. I am a college student who can hardly afford the costs of general living and tuition, no way in hell am I going to shell out $100+ instead of finding a less than legal stream online or going to a sports bar. League pass is only worth it if you are planning to watch a hell of a lot of basketball, and want to see some of the "lesser shown on national tv" teams.

I got league pass for free

I got league pass for free last season as a promotion since people were convinced there'd be a lockout lol.

I have no problems paying though, especially at this cheaper rate. When I'm home, I watch basketball non-stop, so it's worth it.

I have a few questions on the

I have a few questions on the league pass. I live in Utah and I don't have TV and was thinking about getting league pass. I heard that all on market games are blacked out. So does that mean all jazz games on league pass would be blacked out? Could you not even watch the opposing teams broadcast? What if you choose to follow 5 teams instead of all 30 and specifically your in market team, will you still not be able to watch them? I have a brother that lives in Arizona. What if he purchased league pass, could I log on to his account to watch jazz games. I would be interested in the broadband only option. I have no experience with league pass and thought I might give it a try this year since i'm a big NBA fan and I got rid of TV..
