Name 5 average NBA players?
Players you consider the NBA's average players. Not all stars, superstars, trash, or bad players... but average by your own definition(?).
Those are some players that fit your criteria. Some are probably a little better than average, but not superstars orf allstars
Trevor Ariza to me has become a three point specialist who can't shoot threes. His field goal % from before his huge contract w/ Houston till after it the past three years has dropped 7 points, from 47% to 40%. He's not trash because he does put up double figure point, but his ineffectiveness and willingness to continue to jack up threes when they're not falling to me has him as a slightly below average player. Maybe I'm being too technical though, lol.
Brandon Bass is definatly an above average player, no doubt about it.
keyon dooling, cj watson, mike miller, reggie evans, jason maxiell
austin daye. courtney lee. kris humprhries. robin lopez. jason thomspon.
will bynum, zaza pauculia, steve blake, robin lopez, keyon dooling
Nick Collison, Chris Wilcox, AJ Price, Josh Childress, Marquis Daniels
Corby Brian? I Dont know rather to lmao or smh at the Lakers HATER?
Nick Collison is like the ultimate team guy, "average" NBA player.
nick collison brandon bass george hill boris diaw sam dalembert
there is maybe 5 superstars 20+ allstars and basically rest of the league is average...
JJ Redick, Jason Thompson, Dequan Cook, Darrell Arthur, Luc Richard Mbah a Moute
15 players on a team so average would be the 7th or 8th man. No starter would by definition be average.
I'm gonna take this a bit further and find the most average player I can. Year in and year out the average height and weight is usually around 6'6.5'' 220 lbs or so and around 4.5 years of experience.
I'm going Ronnie Brewer
6'7'' 226 lbs 27 years old, and a 6 year pro with career averages of 9 ppg and 3 rpg.
I like to think of it as more like Jeff Green or Jared Dudley or Matt Barnes.
Guys are who average at everything... Not good, nor bad at a single thing. They all play a little defense, can shot somewhat, will rebound, can pass, haven't decent size, etc... They're just not good at any of it, but they still help teams win games.
To fit your 5 criteria, I guess I'll throw in Marvin Williams and Landry Fields.
The most average player of all time is Bobby SImmons hands down
sg: Kobe Bryant/ dweyne wade
SF: Danny Granger/ Carmelo Anthony
PF:Blake Griffin/Amar Stoudemire/ Pau Gasol
C:Andrew Bynum/Marc Gasol
I say Linas Kleiza is really an average player.
