417basketballfanParticipantwow what a game last night 38 8 and 2 block on 12-17 shooting. I know he’s been injured most of the year but when he’s played this year hes done a decent job. Whats crazy to me is that he was terrible in college (well at least offensively). I honestly thought he would be a bust but it is not looking like that so far.
My question is why do you think he’s doing better in the NBA then college? Was barnes holding him back? Has he just gotten a lot better? Does the NBA system just fit him better?

Taylor Gang MikeParticipantHe is really good. Just getting his feet wet. Reminds me of LA so much, but he has more defense than him. Indiana is a player away from contending

markfitz14ParticipantWatching his draft day work out it opened my eyes. His shot from range had great form. Plus he moved very well and looked like he would be a shot blocker type of player. Perfect new NBA style center.

mamadouParticipantAnd again, 16 pts in 11 mins 7/7 FG.
That’s your 6th mens in college, 18-19 YO lotto picks from last year.
Myles Turner, Devin Booker….
That 2015 draft will be more than fine.

r377ParticipantI know there are injury concerns. I watched him play in college and he looked really good (great looking shot). I posted on here twice asking what was wrong with him (besides the injury concerns) and why he wasn’t ranked higher in the mocks ? I didn’t really find an answer……..
From memory he was ranked about as high as 5th (approx) on the mocks towards the start of the college season, then he dropped.
He could end up like Danny Granger and Dejaun Blair. Both players had talent but dropped in the draft due to injury concerns. Their career’s started well but declined due to injuries catching up with them (which is why they dropped in the first place)
