airjordan5Participantyou have people like Patrick Patterson infront of Tyler Hansbrough! I do not see that happening in the draft.

eprizzle14ParticipantI think Blair and Curry are too high. Interesting hot you have Evans that hish but he’s a guy I think could go up draft boards. IMO Heytfelt is too low.

Lodzio20Participantcome on…Pat Patterson has a big potential and he will be better pro than Psycho-T

TocaneParticipantI don’t know why people are so high on Hansbrough.
His ceiling in the NBA isn’t very good. Unless he manages to significantly improve his offensive game, he won’t be much of a mainstay in the league.

bmorebaskekballParticipantHe will play in the league for 10 yrs. He is already developing a jumpshot. He will never be a great player but he can defend, he plays hard, rebounds and wont take bad shots or bitch and moan.

Evan_MilbergParticipantYour mock is really weird. These are the biggest things I noticed:
1) Tyreke Evans is NOT going to be a top 3 pick. Sorry, he just isn’t, unless something crazy happens in his workouts. He’s got a boatload of raw talent and proved he can play the point in college, but taking him at 3 is a huge reach.
2) Thornton and Varnado are not going to be first round picks. I think Thornton is a sleeper, but 28 is a reach for him. Varnado is long an athletic and a great shotblocker, but I don’t think he’s gonna stay in this year’s draft. If he does, the top of second round is much more likely for him (lottery in 2010 if he returns).
3) Heytvelt at 56? Really? I know the guy has had some character issues, but he’s definitely a first round talent, early second at worst.

sheltwon3ParticipantPeople forget Brad Miller was undrafted in a weak draft devoid of big men. People can slide that you would never expect and some people move up in that same manner.

sheltwon3ParticipantI believe Curry will move up in the draft but I find it hard to believe he will overtake Harden who should make a better pro than college player. The Knicks do not need anymore swingman. That is the one position they are actually alright in but I could see them as a stretch taking Harden if they look for a sure thing but Curry looks to go here unless he gets take earlier. Evans going that high may not be that farfetched if he does well in workouts and also this is the clippers we are talking bout. I can also see them take Derozan and trading thorton with a big. Chase is too high and Chicago needs bigs and will probably take one. Other than that your draft is pretty decent because I am sure that some people may move up when others leave and also from workouts and actually measurements.

CitrusiswowParticipantairjordan5, you obviously don’t know anything about the draft and when players should go and team needs. Hansbrough is just another undersized center/power forward that unfortunately wwon’t have a good career in the NBA. Next, as for the mock draft, I believe it’s ok, and placing Tyreke Evans that high is great. Evans is underrated I think and has more talent than James Harden. 7 out of 10.

sheltwon3Participantsorry air but I doubt Hansbrough is a better player than Patterson especially if Patterson measures to be 6’7″ or more without shoes. I can see him moving up in a draft with no real bigs.

nthegoodlifeParticipantPat Patterson has an upside, we know what Tyler brings (hard play and hustle). I’ll stop this isn’t even worth my time

morgatilParticipantYeah. Psycho-T is not even close to Patrick Patterson. Go look at how Tyler did against him the last 2 years. UNC won both games, but Tyler was owend.
