ashleyriot19ParticipantI’ve made my mock draft on the basis that the previous picks ocurr as i think they will, so if i’m right i have a greater chance of being right again (meaning a team that picks a pg with the first and second, won’t pick a pg with the third)
i have around 40 players with comments, you can check the mock with comments here:
http://www.nbadraft.net/nba_mock_drafts/comments/30339if you don’t care about the comments, then just check:
http://www.nbadraft.net/nba_mock_drafts/30339/i’m open for debate if it makes sense (i did take into account probable free agents going away because the economy is not the best right now and teams want the cap space).
i didn’t take into account any trades besides the 2-4 picks swap between memphis and the kings. I may be wrong in that trade, but for me is the most plausible as of right now.any comments or feedback will be appreciated.

bflaa2ParticipantI dislike Steph Curry to Minnesota gives them two combo guard(Foye) they need a SG or a PG, I think they should take tyreke and make him a SG almost like Kobe though, just because he has the handles ot bring the ball down the court.
Also I dislike how far down Derrick Brown is I cant see him going out of the first round.

ashleyriot19Participantderrick brown i have it at 39 (it was my last change and i don’t know why it didn’t reflect), and i think he slips into the first ten picks of the second round.
the wolves pick i think it makes sense only if curry can play full time pg, which most teams who are thinking about drafting him believe he can, so i will go with that for now, foye can be a valuable 1-2 in that situation.0 - Posted on: Fri, 06/19/2009 - 4:08am #168124
fordchd2010ParticipantAbout time some realize that they need a shooting gaurd with some athletic ability. I know ppl say that Brewer is athletic, but he can’t shoot. I could also see T. Willams from Louisville going there.

bflaa2ParticipantYa I see Utah taking Wayne the Rain Ellington, He will continue to add to there 3 Pt shooting show and he will bring athleticism

Knicksboy34ParticipantI dont see Hill at 4. Knicks would go Holiday at 8 if Curry and Hill are gone. Very solid mock.
Check out mines and give feedback http://www.nbadraft.net/node/7358

ashleyriot19Participanthill at 4 is because i believe it will be memphis picking, and they only need a starter at pf right now unless they decide they want to trade conley (which would make little sense if they don’t pick rubio).
jrue has been good, but the hype level he is at right now doesn’t boost him to the 8th pick, or at least i hope not. a great 12-14 pick though.
i will check your mock too.0 - Posted on: Fri, 06/19/2009 - 8:04am #168308
mbrown6495Wat toney Douglas will not slip that far and either will brandon Jennings

ashleyriot19Participantif jeff teague is really going to milwaukee as everyone says he is (including the bucks) either tyreke evans or jennings has to slip to the pacers, not everyone needs a pg this draft. you can like one or the other but i really think evans is the better prospect while jennings is talented but gm’s don’t know anything about him because he wasn’t playing this season while evans was at the ncaa spotlight all year playing for the tigers.
toney douglas is another combo guard and he is projected in the second round, so it can go even further down than that, but he does have some upside and teams tend to gamble more in the second so you’re maybe right, we will know soon enough0 - AuthorPosts
