marcusfizer21ParticipantWhat do you think of him as a coach?
For me, personally, he has done a tremendous job so far in his first two seasons with the Hornets.. He helped CP3 lead a mediocre Hornets team to a 46-36 record and pushed the Lakers to six games in the playoffs. This year, he has made the most of what he has on his roster and turn them into hungry warriors every night… I don’t mind the record though… I just think his approach with his team has always been positive despite the negative results… He always had that calm demeanor in him and it reflects on his players… CP3, D-West, even Chris Kaman appreciate the way he approaches the team as a whole… I hope he stays with the Hornets for years to come..

PulseGlazerParticipantI think he’s an excellent young coach. He gets his teams to have a good defensive concept, isn’t inept offensively, especially with bigs, and guys play hard for him. I hope he’s kept around for that franchise’s sake.

TheBigEasyParticipantVery positive coach, it´s just too bad that he has to work with such mediocre material.
