Monster Blake Grifin Block
ohhhhhhh, if only they converted the basket on the other end
Length isn't why he isn't a great shot blocker, he can get his hand 12' in the air. It's his style of play, he usually puts two hands up or tries to draw a charge, rather than going for a swat with one hand. Even when he was a man amongst boys in college, he didn't block a lot of shots.
As Joe Wolf said. He'd be a great shot block if he wanted to block shots and had the timing for it.
LeBron it the other example, no one blocks better fast break shots than him just because you can see he WANTS to block it and has good timing, but looks he has nothing close to that hunger in half court play..
but he is an elite defender anyway, however there is a different story with Blake
After the Game Deron Williams Tweeted, that the NBA should've Called a Flagrant Foul on Blake during that block......lol
Should've been an offensive foul on D-Will for pushing off on CP3.
I don't know what D-Will was thinking trying to dunk that though. IF Blake didn't get it, Ryan Hollins was going to. D-Will is lucky he didn't get hurt. He's already playing with a jacked up ankle.

Nasty block on Deron Williams. Probably the best one I've seen this year.
