I just saw that the results were in and that user "Siggy" had won. I don’t think I know who you are, but congratulations on having the best mock! I got at score of 86 which was good for a rank of 367. Also, congratulations to HotSnot (second best mock), zachb757, and d-rav a couple people I recognized from the forum that were on the first page of the final results. How did everyone else do?

I somehow managed to get rank 66 with a score of 94. I don’t know how I did that well as I only rearranged the first 10 picks. 🙂 Congrats to the winners!

I got 85 and rank 401, my best score yet, which i’m happy with.

kobyz got a score of 93 and rank 93 which i found rather interesting because his opinion is generally disregarded by some  and has negative points.

Cheyenne Lawton, another poster that gets negative responses but he faired very well with a score 91 and a rank of 147.

It just goes to show that they have good knowledge about basketball but maybe the way they say it triggers negative reactions from others.

    I Got a 87..And Ranked 300…Corrected predicted 47 of the 60 players that were drafted…

I got the first 4 picks correct..And would’ve had the top 11 correct..But there were reports that the Rockets had made a deal with the Kings for number 5 and they would select Drummond for the Rockets..So i changed my top 12 picks after hearing this..

I guess Robinson being there at 5 spoiled that deal…

      @Aran

I know your really busy with updating the site, but I lost 2000 points for finishing 2nd in the mock draft. Kinda harsh lol.

I just checked it out and all of the people on that 1st page appear to have lost a significant amount of points. I lost 500 which is about all I had lol Bright side is that this was my first time ranking in the top 50! #36 baby : D

I ended up with a score of 92 this year, which is a huge improvement from the 70 I got last year. The 92 was good enough for a rank of 128, not bad if I say so myself.

I got a 94 and ranked 83. It’s weird because last year I got a 101 and ranked 213. This was a really tough draft to mock well.

What a crazy draft. It looked like there would be tons of trades and most of them didn’t happen. Blame Charlotte!

I ended up finishing 725th place. But I think as a whole, our users did pretty well in comparison to a lot of the "pros" mocks out there. Myself included. Made a few late changes to my mock just before the draft that hurt it. I had Nicholson at 19 and Sullinger at 21 both right and changed them when I made the last second move of Nicholson to Philly at 15 and Sully to 19 at Orlando. We had a few on the button an hour or so before the draft that got switched: Dion Waiters at 4. Thought Waiters might slide to 7 if Cleveland could pull off the trade to move up. One decision by a team can mess everything up. But that’s the fun of the draft. Multiple lives are changed by one decision. Going to be very interesting to see how these guys fit into their new teams. I’m looking forward to Vegas SL! While trying to figure out what each team will do, and making mock drafts is fun, I get more enjoyment from the scouting side and the long term projections on how the players will end up. Thanks to all that played and we’ll try to get a prize and promote the game better next year to get a bigger pool of users. We will have a new 2014 mock up soon as well as a new top 100 big board for 2013. We’re getting right back at it. So stay tuned for updates!

BTW: We boost the server up each year for the draft and when we do it the forum gets tweaked. We will get everything back to normal (the way it was before) in a few days.

Congrats to Siggy for winning the draft day challenge this year! Here are the resuls:

Real life kinda caught up to me this year as I had, by far, my worst showing since I started doing this.  I got 667th with a score of just 81.  I got off work late and didn’t get to make any draft day changes after about 9 AM or so.

I still managed to get 25 or 30 first rounders correct and 50 or 60 of the total players drafted.  I just didn’t get to keep up with the last minute rumors, such as Dion Waiters going 4 and whatnot.

Next day I’m taking the day off, lol.

I was pessimisstic about this mock draft once I heard that the Bobcats selected Michael Kidd-Gilchrist with the #2nd pick overall.

Turns out I scored 101 and ended up in 8th place. Pleasant surprise.

Also found out I was voted down -1242 points for some reason. Also a "pleasant" surprise haha.
