DipoTimeParticipantI’m not gunna bash you and tell you where everyone WILL go like so many people on here do.. But why do you like Drummond next to Cousins? T-Rob with LA? Ross with Klay Thompson? An why do you think Rivers drops to 18? Again I’m just curious..

pistonkidParticipantdetroit taking leonard would be the best situation and scenario for detroit pefect fit for detroit they need to take the best centre and move monroe to pf. However, I dont see this happening I see detroit doing something really really stupid which will be drafting henson. DUMB DUMB DUMB if they need a pf draft sullinger he is 100% most likey still available at pick 9. Also, detroit drafting perry jones is dumb as well. Leonard or Sullinger BUT NOT PERRY JONES OR TYLER ZELLER.

Future_Scout’s mockbecause a frontline of dru and cousins would be straight up scary, the kings need defense, and drummond brings that.
t-rob to la? what?
ross can play sf, and imo he is the best sf available at 7. that would give klay the flexibility of sliding to sg.
rivers at 18? i find harder to believe terrence ross going 18, somebody has to drop. every mock has some1 dropping

DipoTimeParticipantWhy sullinger? So they can have two big slow guys down low? Isn’t that why they are targeting the quicker Henson who can also block shots? I’m not saying he is the right guy but they definitely need a more athletic guy blocking shots next to Monroe.

DipoTimeParticipantT-Rob with LA.. Lamarcus Aldridge.
I could see Ross as a 3. I really like him as a prospect but I have heard rumors bout promises to rivers and waiters so if I personally had to choose someone to drop it would be Ross. But you never know with these rumors and it only takes one team to view Ross as a 3 to take him in the lotto. Just having the versatility to play multiple positions on offense and defense could give him that edge

Future_Scout’s mockwell aldridge is 6’11 and well capable of playing the 5, t-rob is the bpa and i can see that duo working out.

pistonkidParticipantthe only centre I see portland taking is drummond you know why?
because robinson is better than drummond so sacramento will take ROBINSON him with 5th pick and with the next pick portland snaps up the extremely talented drummond.

Future_Scout’s mocki find it almost impossible for drummond to fall to 6th, im having a hard time believing drummong goes 5th.

Future_Scout’s mockkwame did go 1st overall didnt he?
big men with dru’s physical attributes and mobility do not come often, much harder to find a C for your team than a sg or sf.

Allen_Iverson_3ParticipantIF the top 4 picks go as you say and that Drummond and T-Rob are available, I think the Kings are going with Robinson. My reason for this is pretty simple: the Kings are not that far from contending with nice young pieces like Cousins, Evans, Thornton, Isiah Thomas and even Jimmer (add also Jason Thompson or Terrence Williams to the interesting pieces). They have a big hole at SF and could improve their PF position as it is a bit light with Thompson and Chuck Hayes (they might decide to amnesty him btw, the other being Salmons). As in your mock you have Barnes and MKG already gone, their is no more SF worthy of being taken at 5. So the Kings should figure to take a PF and, as they are close to putting it together, they should rather look to get the sure thing in T-Rob rather than Drummond who has a high upside but who could end up more easily being a bust + the Kings already have Whiteside in reserve as a C with upside.
